Marketing Strategy: I believe that property should be marketed, not just listed for sale. I have developed over the years a marketing plan which incorporates the power of a national franchise (Coldwell Banker), the strength of a progressive real estate agency (Coldwell Banker Brenizer Realtors), and the additional expertise and marketing that I and my wife/assistant can provide.

1.  Coldwell Banker as a National Real Estate power provides national advertising and a powerful internet site (ColdwellBanker.com) to make my telephone ring and fills my e-mail with many customers. They provide all of the tools, advertising, and national exposure to make myself successful in marketing your property.

2.  Coldwell Banker Brenizer Realtors provides additional local advertising in various medias and an additional internet site to promote your property locally and regionally. I am also a member of the Multiple Listing Service to provide access by hundreds of agents in all of northwest Wisconsin.

3. I personally, in addition, have created a "network" of agents and private individuals (bankers, attorneys, accountants, etc.) to assist me by referring many prospective customers they know. I advertise personally, at my own expense, in several internet sites (Realtor.com, RiceLakeHomesForSale.com), five local and regional real estate magazines (Home Seller, etc.), several regional magazines covering 13 states, and of course, additional local advertising.
